  Bait and switch on the install costs. 1 Star is still to high!!!
  
  Make sure they come to your house and do all of the measurements ahead of time for FREE. Otherwise, they will make up extra fees when you have no choice but to agree. Sales person said nothing about any possible additional fees. She just wanted to make a sale. Just simply poor customer service after the sale. As well as during. They will be my last choice or last resort for appliances. Still waiting for a call back from owner. So much for trying to go local. Home Depot has better service!!!!!!!
